At Fitwearo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Policy

• Sales products are non-refundable.
• Once we receive your return parcel and it is approved, please allow at least 7 working days for your payment to be processed.

2. Return Policy

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• For returns after 7 days, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Any product that shows signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for return.

3. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, you are responsible for both shipping charges and return charges.
• Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

4. Important Notes

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return or exchange is fully processed.

Return/exchange requests without original packaging will not be accepted.
